Thank you for choosing Coppell Concrete Pros. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Services Offered

Coppell Concrete Pros offers residential and commercial concrete services, including:

Each project’s scope of work will be defined in writing through an estimate or signed agreement.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Estimates are complimentary and valid for 30 days.
  • A deposit may be required to secure a job start date or to order materials.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.
  • Late or missed payments may result in fees and delay any warranty coverage.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your scheduled work:

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.
  • Weather and material availability may require us to reschedule your project — we’ll always keep you informed.

4. Worksite Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • Provide access to the job site at scheduled times
  • Alert us to underground utilities, sprinklers, or other potential issues
  • Keep pets, children, and vehicles clear of the work zone during active hours

We’re not liable for delays or damages caused by undisclosed site conditions.

5. Warranty Information

Most services include a 1-year labor warranty, unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Cracks due to natural ground movement or settling
  • Damage from heavy equipment, misuse, or external impact
  • Normal wear, staining, or color fading

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain materials and finishes.

7. Limitation of Liability
